Refund Policy

At Research Alert, we strive to deliver high-quality, SEBI-compliant market research and analysis. Because our services are personalized, time-sensitive, and delivered digitally, refunds are limited to the scenarios below.
1. No Refund on Consumed Services
Payments are non-refundable once any of the following occurs:
- You subscribe to a paid plan and the plan is activated.
- You receive trading calls, tips, research reports, or access premium content.
- Any part of the advisory service is delivered to you.
2. When a Refund May Apply
We may approve a full or partial refund only in these cases:
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- Non-Activation: Your subscription is not activated within 48 hours of payment and no services have been delivered.
- Payment Gateway Error: Payment was captured but your access was not provisioned.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@researchalert.in with the following:
- Full name and registered email
- Contact number
- Payment reference/transaction ID
- Clear reason for the refund request (with any supporting screenshots)
Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
4. Mode & Timeline of Refund
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
- Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 working days (bank/payment provider dependent).
